In 2024, we exported a mid-capacity Industrial Glass Furnace to a decorative-glass manufacturer in Johor, Malaysia. The client was upgrading its facility to meet growing market demand and needed a furnace with reliable melting performance and low fuel consumption.
The exported system included the Industrial Glass Furnace, combustion control unit, heat-recovery module, and safety protection devices. Our production team completed manufacturing in 29 days, and the entire export process took 41 days.
Following installation, the Malaysian customer reported that the furnace significantly improved melting speed, reduced emissions, and enhanced glass clarity. They also complimented our remote commissioning support and quick response during the optimization stage.
This case further demonstrates our capability to deliver stable and high-efficiency Industrial Glass Furnaces across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
